90-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at rowdyandarchie@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return label

3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.

4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping: Once return has been approved, Return label will be sent to the email registered in your account when you placed the order.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days of refund date.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

• Opened or used products
• Gift 

Damaged or defective items:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as frozen), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return,  you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
